Roffe Code of Practice
To enable us to discharge the services agreed with our
clients, and for other related purposes including enhancing client records,
analysis for management purposes and statutory returns, marketing, crime
prevention and legal and regulatory compliance, we may obtain, use, process and
disclose personal data about individuals. Such individuals have a right of
access, under data protection legislation, to the personal data that we hold
about them. For the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998, the firm's Data
Controller is Allan Cheason. We confirm that when processing personal data we
will comply with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998.
