Exit Strategy
On 22nd/23rd October 2005, Mario Cientanni
gave a presentation at the FPDC Conference. The presentation covered the Gerber
model in which he proposes that most small businesses don't work because of the
limitations of the founder. A business should have an exit strategy with
successors and a route.
